The continuum of care offered at Oak Hill and Magnolia Terrace Senior Living, starts out first in a beautiful, maintenance free apartment located at Magnolia Terrace Senior Living. If additional care is needed, we have care available at Oak Hill in the Arbor Court and Whispering Pines communities – all under one roof. Choosing our community allows our seniors the continuum of care they need when the time is right. Some use these areas temporarily and then return to their apartment once they are healthier.
The best feature of Magnolia Terrace Senior Living Apartments is that your fees do NOT increase just because your care needs do while in the Senior Living Apartments. Seniors, who enter our community independently and require some assistance with medication and personal care, do NOT have to pay more for their senior living care at Magnolia Terrace. If the time comes that skilled nursing care is needed (temporarily or permanently), the care needs of residents at Magnolia Terrace Senior Apartments are prioritized before others seeking admission to Oak Hill. Having everything our residents need in one location gives residents and families peace of mind.
Our impressive array of skilled nursing services and therapy gym can be reached through glass-enclosed, climate-controlled walkways that connect our entire community. It’s like a small town all under one roof!

Short Term Rehabilitation
Our short term intensive rehabilitation program at Evergreen Pointe allows seniors to recuperate after a hospital stay and return to their senior living apartment or community setting.
Outpatient Therapy
Our onsite therapy gym allows you to receive physical, speech and occupational therapy services from a team of therapists who knows what it takes to keep you independent in your senior living apartment. Having a skilled team and the equipment you need all on our campus, helps seniors regain their independence.
Skilled Nursing
