Promoting Physical Wellness
Our team of nurses works closely with your physician to develop an individualized care plan for each resident. All residents are re-assessed every three months, if there is a change in condition, and when a resident returns from the hospital or skilled care.
Our team is committed to helping seniors remain as healthy and safe as possible. When you move into Magnolia Terrace Senior Living, a nurse will complete a personalized assessment to create a plan to address physical and social needs.
